Apple Blue Lagoon

Serves 4 | Preparation 5 minutes | Cooking 5 minutes

Ingredients

½ cup Blue Lagoon syrup

3 cups ice, crushed

1 cup green apple juice

1 cup 7UP

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

Fresh mint

4 strawberries, sliced

To Decorate

Fresh mint

Lemon wedges

Strawberries

Preparation

Pour half the syrup into a jug and add one cup of ice.

Add the apple juice, 7UP, lemon juice, mint and strawberries. Pour in the remaining syrup and stir in a second cup of ice.

Decorate with mint and lemon wedges and serve immediately with the remaining ice and strawberries.

Grape Blue Lagoon

Serves 3 | Preparation 5 minutes | Cooking 2 minutes

Ingredients

1 tsp honey

2 tsp coconut flakes

¼ cup Blue Lagoon syrup

1 cup ice cubes

Juice of 2 medium lemons

¼ cup white grape juice

1 cup Sprite

To Decorate

Lemon wedges

Maraschino cherries

Preparation

Dip the rim of the serving glass in honey, then dip in the coconut flakes and set aside.

Pour the syrup into a jug, add the ice and the remaining ingredients and stir well.

Pour the drink into the prepared rimmed glasses, decorate with lemon wedges and cherries. Serve immediately with ice.
